- Stay physically active
- Eat fruits and vegetables
- Do not smoke
- Avoid alcohol consumption
- Avoid the use of exogenous ovarian hormones for more than 5 years
This includes: oral contraceptive pills, intrauterine hormonal contraceptive device, contraceptive patches and hormone replacement therapy after menopause.
